Ordering FAQ's


Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS.


We accept returns for items purchased online for credit or refund within 7 days after delivery.

All items must be unused and in new condition.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Special orders and sale items are non-returnable.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.  


Merchandise (including jewelry) is guaranteed for 60 days from purchase date. If we are continuing to represent the artist who made the piece, we are happy to send the item to the jeweler for repair. Charges may apply for materials & labor. 

Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks to complete.
